Wohooo I have my second interview tomorrow with Cloud10... they sent me an opening today and i accepted... Anyone have advice or details on second interview..... Im so excited :) I am jumping for joy.

Congrats!! The second interview isn't really an interview. You just confirm the opp that you want and the hours, they will go over your NHO, GO, and training information with you. You'll get your new hire paperwork, its easy don't worry.
Btw, check out the C10 forum over at WPLH, lots of great info there!

You need to have a Plantronics 625 or above, there's the 625, 645, 650, 770. Check out Ebay for these you can get them for much cheaper there!! For example the 650 is I believe $50 at best buy, I know somebody that got it for $25 with shipping off Ebay.
I got the 625 and love it, I paid $20 including shipping off ebay!

I know this reply is late, but for the benefit of anyone using "search" that finds this thread, for C10, you need a USB headset for training and for call processing. A land line is not needed.

Thanks for posting that rsseabolt....I am considering getting xp so I can work Cloud 10...and I'm also considering getting rid of my landline...so this would work great.
