Hi I'm new to the board and I'm pretty new to BC. What I wanted to know is this. You have to qualify your recruit with either $500 in 48 hours or $1000 with in 90 days. I've signed up two but both didn't have the money to qualify. I have to admit, I didn't have the money either. I got a loan and my husband was ticked. So understand their situation. What happens if your recruit qualifies towards the end of 90 days? or at BeautiU. You don't get any of the rewards if they don't qualify at the $500 in 48 hours? Why give them 90 days then? It seem that it would just take the insentive away from the consultant to recruit. Can you guys give me some direction on this?

They have 90 days to qualify. As an example, my recruits from January just placed qualifying orders at BeautiU last week. I received my January rewards today.
So don't worry.
If your recruits are concerned about $$. Share with them a show of hands and a catalog. Let them see how many orders they can get before BeautiU. Then they can place the order at 55% off and place a small inventory order themselves.

I am new to BC as well. I am trying to recruit someone (maybe 2!) to go to BeautiU with me. I know one of them for sure will not have the cash to place an order yet. So that I understand, if I recruit her and she goes to BeautiU with me, she still has 90 days to place an order. Once she orders the $1000, I will get my reward for her under the current recruiting promo, right?

well no one is required to place a qualifying order and they only have to order the minimum of 100 retail with their 30%. But if you are wanting the prizes then you would want them to place a qualifying order but I would never ever ask anyone to go out and get a loan. The problem with that is if what if they did do that and then did sell all the stuff they bought and then cant pay the loan back. yes I have 2 recruits and I would love for them to have placed or place a qualifying order but I refuse to "push" them to order more than they are comfortable ordering.

No, I would never ask anyone to get a loan to buy products either....talk about potential for something to backfire, YIKES! So, as long as they place the minimum orderof $100 every 120 days, the recruit counts for promotion purposes, right? That would be my main concern :-)

No I don't want to have to push anyone either. Like I said my husbad was livid. But my understanding is if they purchase 100 every 120 days they get to keep their account. For us it doesn't count for the promotions unless they qualify at the beginning or within 90 days.

Help them throw a welcome spa!! Have them invited a bunch of people that they know, tell them that this is to help her start her business, and do it like a normal spa but give her the sales. Then she can order them, and even if her sales aren't $1000, if she has at least $550 then she can order at training and get the 55% off and have enough money to pay for shipping and tax. It also gets them motivated that yes they can do this business, and they also get to see what a spa is like from the consultant side.
And yes you still get the rewards. That's why everyone has been getting them so randomly, they ship them out as soon as the recruit qualifies. I'd hold a welcome spa with my one new recruit, but she previously was a consultant and knows what to do.

This thread seems to be getting complicated! To qualify for the recruiting rewards and prizes, they need to place a qualifying order.
To qualify for career levels, they just need to stay active (with $100 every 120 days.) So you can recruit 4 and become a VIPwithout qualifying them, but you won't get the promotion rewards until they place that qualifying order.
