I am trying to research the industry. I am not looking for a job, or companies but I would like to know how the pay structure works. Do you get paid per page or per batch. and What is a ballpark of how much you make per?
Feel free to PM me if you dont feel confy posting here. I am just researching, I am NOT looking for a job nor do I know of any companies hiring in this field

I'll admit I know nothing about data entry type coding (not pc programming) I was asked to find out the going rate of experienced coders for market research.

are you talking about medical coding or legal coding? In legal coding you get paid per batch or per piece. It depends on the company. I have gotten paid as little as .27 per piece in legal coding. I have also gotten paid up to 14.36 hr, but that was actually working in a facility not working from home. I was a Indian Archiver, but we still did alot of legal coding.
