I posted this question on the rbon boards, too. What exactly is the $650 pick-up credit mentioned under the DM section of the success plan. Someone said it only applies if you are trying to become DM and someone in your downline is already a DM.
So, pick-up credits aside, say, I have sponsored A, and A has sponsored B. A is not generating any volume, but I am, and B is. How much of B's volume counts toward me qualifying for DM? How much counts toward A qualifying?
My understanding is that A cannot qualify for DM solely based on B's volume, which I hope IS true, otherwise it sounds kind of pyramid-y to me smileys/smiley5.gif

Your understanding of Pick-up Credit is correct. It is only for purposes of YOU QUALIFYING when someone promotes ahead.
EVERYONE that you sponsor & they sponsor (consultant level) count towards you qualifying for DM. Soall of B's volume would count towards you qualifying for DM AND also "A" qualifying for DM.
"A" would have to have a minimum of $1K PRV during qualification, and also "B" volume and could become a DM.
"A" would have to maintain a minimum of $100 PRV to continue to receive overrides & bonuses.
However, if "B"has that much volume, they would most likely qualify for DM. Then"A" would have to have other wholesale buyers/BB to maintain their Central DM, since "B" would have everyone they sponsored within their Central DM.
Bottom line, all levels of Management are a TEAM effort...not based on any ONE person. That's the way Arbonne's compensation plan is set up.

Thanks! That makes sense.I did not think about$1,000 PRV - that makes it seem more fair smileys/smiley1.gif
