Im doing a different approach by growing my team rather than just myself and its really working.. im at 1 star but making quite a bit of money a month on the fast start bonuses alone! I love it!

You're doing great Nicole! The fast start bonuses are great when they start coming in. I thinkyourapproachis probably the best approach in the long run, because if the people you enroll achieve ranks and make money, they are probably going to stay. But if I were you I would also try building up to at least 2 Star the regular way, only because the more people you have the better odds at least some of them are going to stay in. I still say that 99% of people don't really "get" MWP - if they "got it" they would stay until they at least reached 1 Star rank, but so many people bail within 1-2 months before they even give it a fair shot.

the whole powerline thing is so confusing to me. I had a preenrollee today (my first). Somehow she is now in my line 2. does this mean, since she is the beginning of a second leg for me, that people people getting pulled in by the people above me won't go under her? have I accidently kicked her out on her own? If so, can I move her back? In almost 2 weeks, she's the only preenrollee that I have, and I am scared that at this rate, I won't be able to get enough people under her to make her want to join. Any body have a clue?

My approach is.. building the team, not just myself. So i created a group on another forum like this and I have only 3 members under myself in the group.. then the next people that joined our group and signed up i put under one of my 3.. and I made a Success list.. when you sign up you get added to the list.. it gets everyone to 1 star faster and then to 2 star etc.. since you arent doing all the work yourself.. It benefits me and all my team members! Since starting the group in december we've had at least 20 sign ups.. Its a much better approach than working alone!
