ok i have a customer on ebay, whom bought a lot of clothing from me. I LISTED it used and showed pic of every item. ( iended up losing money on deal cause shipping was more then i thought ) and now she just emails me saying she is not happy clothes look used , when i listed as used and showed pics. I also have i do not do refunds all sales are final. What should i do? thanks

ok i am trying to offer this women a refund, but only if she ships back in box the way i shipped to her and she is being difficult. Is this asking to much?

Nope, tell her that you'll refund her, minus the shipping ONCE the items are returned, even if she filed a claim with paypal, they would say the same thing, she return the items, then you refund :) Hope that helps!

Thanks Shari, thats exactly what I told her. She hasn't said if returning items , she just keeps sending me hate mail.
