I have some questions and may be interested in becoming an Arbonne IBO.

I'll respond (via email)to those who answer my questions in full. I'm not trying to be rude, it's just I don't have time to call anyone back yet. smileys/smiley1.gif

1. What are the start up cost options?

2. Do I have to keep product in my house that I'll have to purchase to sell?

3. What is the pay and is that on a monthly, bi-weekly, weekly or daily compensation package?

4. Will I have to hold or host parties on-site or may I do this business online?

5. Are there teams with Arbonne and if so which is the most successful one?

6. If I were interested, how quickly could I start and realistically how fast would I see the income?

7. How long has Arbonne been in business?

8. How and what from source are leads generated if at all?

Thanks in advance to all that respond. I do appreciate your time in replying to my questions.smileys/smiley20.gif

I pmed this to you too. I thought I would put it here to, this way if anyone else had the same questions they could see some answers.

1. What are the start up cost options? It is $29 to join. You choose from there what you want. We do have a couple starter options.. I like to talk to the person see where they are at and recommend how to get the most for their money.

2. Do I have to keep product in my house that I'll have to purchase to sell? No, we don't do inventory. I keep a couple things that I use or that I know get ordered a lot but mostly I don't and people can go on and order from you and have it shipped right to them.

3. What is the pay and is that on a monthly, bi-weekly, weekly or daily compensation package? Well if you have someone order direct from you, you get paid when they pay for it... 35%. If it is on your downline or a bonus, it is monthly and it is 4% as a consultant and moves up.

4. Will I have to hold or host parties on-site or may I do this business online? You can do classes or not. I personal don't really do parties. I have done one online but at a site a friend gave me.. not on the arbonne site. I do conduct a lot of my biz online.

5. Are there teams with Arbonne and if so which is the most successful one? Everyone creates a team under them. There is no most successful one that I know of. Anyone that is an ENVP is a leader of a lot of people so they are all very successful.

6. If I were interested, how quickly could I start and realistically how fast would I see the income? You could start the day you sign. We have people moving to the car level or higher in 6 months. You can make right now money the day you start or you can make residual income as you build a team.

7. How long has Arbonne been in business? We have been around for 25 yrs. I have used the products for 15 yrs but signed this past Jan.

8. How and what from source are leads generated if at all? You can get some through the company if you have a website. My upline shares the ones she gets with us too. Mostly it is word of mouth and meeting people in your day to day life. It is a person to person biz.

If you or anyone has more questions.. please let me or anyone else here know.

Just a few more questions.

Is there training provided and is it free and how often is it? Is online and conference call training available?

Also, I'm a natural recruiter. Are there commissions on enrolling new Arbonne reps?

I have a very small warm market. The parties (Home Interior, ect... have been over-done where I live) so I am looking to market solely online and by telephone. How successful can one be and granted putting in the hard work and time, plus money?

I am looking for a sponsor if I join. One who is willing to share their experience and help me out some at first. I don't need anyone to hold my hand, but one who is willing to work with me while I'm wet behind the ears. I'm in hopes to find one who has been very successful and has much to offer.

I own my home business at this time, but wish to supplement my income and maybe even surpass it. The products Arbonne has looks great and something I'd be interested in myself and that's why I'm considering Arbonne.

Thanks again for all of your help! smileys/smiley32.gif

Is there training provided and is it free and how often is it? Is online and conference call training available? Yes there is lots of training. We have Arbonne University (which is free), Conference calls (learn and burn from the company.. my upline ENVP does a call each week 'both are recorded') We have tapes you can get. My upline does a monthly meeting. I don't know about every group.

Also, I'm a natural recruiter. Are there commissions on enrolling new Arbonne reps? 4% at the consultant level and it goes up to 8% at the first level DM.. and keeps going up.. here is arbonnes link on it..

How successful can one be and granted putting in the hard work and time, plus money? Well I think it is a person to person biz. You can do it by the net and phone but not as fast or as well I would say. It isn't just about who you know but who they know.. I don't do parties just one on ones.. Here is the presentation I use... it is availble online or you can print it..... http://www.arbonne.com/company/opportunity_flash.asp (http://www.arbonne.com/company/opportunity_flash.asp)

That is what is great about this company. We are all about helping the people below you. I work with 4 biz builders at a time.. when they know what they are doing and have their own team I go and find 4 more.

Good luck with everything!!!!!

Kim, I just wanted to thank you for posting your responses. Even though I have only been with the company a few weeks and knewsome of the answers it was very nice of you to share it with everyone else. Thanks again. It's to bad we could not make this a permanant post since these are frequently asked questions. Thanks again.

Rhonda, I thought well since someone asked that it would be good to post here too. Since we always have new people and people interested in the biz checking out the board. This way maybe it was a question they didn't think of but now it is answered.

I am not sure who you do a permanant post with the answers so whenever someone asks usually one of us posts them and Pms or emails. After my mom has done the biz for 15 yrs I start to feel like shouldn't I know all the answers and sometime I am still learning more and new things.

Thanks, Kim

That is truly one of the great things about this board. There is so much information readily available that you're always learning and connecting with others.
