Sometimes the results dont come just log on and see if real inquireries come in. I waited a week and it was active that whole time.

My application won't launch - does anyone have the link for me to download it again? Are you getting many voice transcriptions?

So are you actually transcribing or doing searches? I didnt see anything in the Q/A section saying what to do if you were picked.


ChaCha is starting something new that involves you transcribing calls for search guides.

I passed all the tests but when i tried to train I was so confused there was no real explanations at least from what I was trying to do.

I went into the knowledge base and searchec for Universe to find where to download the application lil butter but I didnt see an actual link. I sure hope this helps. Oh and did you hear whether or not you got the job?

I received the results after I completed the test. The empathy test was 70% and the other test I got 80%. It said I would be contacted at the email address provided with further instructions. So, I don't know if that is good enough or not. I guess I will have to see what happens.

No it was for the SMS Query or search. How do you apply for the transcribing?

It was invitation only I believe. Im not sure of their criteria, it just showed up in my email one day.

Transcribing is only by invite for desktop guides.Sms guides have not been offered the opportunity yet

I was just accepted as a transcriber today, but am not quite sure how to begin. I did a search to find the application but wasn't able to find it.
It's been quite a while since I've even been to chacha's site before I received the invitation to become a transcriber.
