I think as I understand it. When you become an RVP you can buy or lease a Mercedes,( not sure how exactly one goes about this if the company does something to help you get it or what )the only requirement from the company is that it be white. Every month that you keep your position as an RVP you are entitled to a cash bonus to pay for your Mercedes. If your region produces $40,000 retailvolume you get an $800.00 cash bonus, $35,000 rv $600 bonus, and so on. Well that's the extent of my knowledge hopefully someone else can help.
