Hi: I am trying to find a VOIP phone service to use for a work from home job. Someone recommendedskype pro (which only comes w/ 3000 minutes) - is that enough minutes for a work from home job? I don't mind trying skype if it's enough to make my phone calls for work. Due to my situation, I am only able to use VOIP service. Any suggestions? Which service do you use for your work from home job? Thanks alot.http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif

Hi NikkiC,

Thanks for this info.

Ijust checked this out, it sounds great. I went ahead & ordered it. They are offering a free 30-day trial offer that ends today. So, if anyone is interested, you should jump on it now. The site has a news report on it also, so, it's definitely legit. With the trial offer, your credit/debit card doesn't get charged until, after the 30 days, so, if when you get it, you are not satisified, you can cancel the service before the 30 days is up. You can't beat this.

Shipping is within 4-10 biz days, unless you select priority shipping at a cost of $6.95, to get it within 2-3 biz days. I just went with standard shipping, I can wait the 4-10 days. But, all in all, it isn't a bad deal. Where else can you get quality phone service, with voicemail, call forwarding, caller id, plus you get to choose your own #? Plus, you only pay 39.95 once for the entire year, for your initial order, and then it's only 19.95 a year thereafter. Yes, only about 20.00 per year. Vonage and Skyppe charge more than thatper month. Also, they allowed you to upgrade & pay 49.95 for 5 years of service. I chose this option. I figure I only pay 49.95 once, and I can use this for the next five years, and not have to worry about a phone bill for 5 years. And, I get to choose my own number.

At first, when I heard about this, I thought it could only be used if you had an existing phone service, and it was just a jack that you could use to have an extra phone line. I didn't realize it was an actual phone service. If I had investigated this a couple of weeks ago, when someone else first mentioned it on here, I'd have my phone already. LOL.

I mean, really this invention this guy came up with is ingenious. I can't wait to get it in the mail. I will let you all know how it goes. I'm going to get ready to recommend it to my neighbors, family & friends. With everything the way it is, gas and food prices going up, I can use all the savings I can get.

I read this thread and went ahead and signed up for the 30 day free trial. I just checked my bank account online and the charges are all ready pending. Will my bank keep a hold on those funds for the entire 30 day free trial? I mean if that's the case then it's not really a free trial technically in my case. Any help? TIA
