I am considering Arbonne as a business for myself and my wife, but have a couple of questions to ask.

1. Do I have a certain quota to meet per month to make money?

2. How much is an average sell to customers for those who are with Arbonne?

3. How much compensation do you earn on sales?

4. For those who are consultants, what do you average per month, and how long did it take you to get there?

5. How do you earn the different manager positions?

6. Once as a manager, is there a certain quota that must be maintained to earn commissions?

Hey Mike, It is me Kimfrom CWAHM. I answered this over at Cwahm but you have a 5 and 6 here.. soooo

5. You have to have a number of sales for you and your team.. Like the first level DM is 6,000 for your whole group and at least 1,000 of that has to be personal. Each level is a different amount.

6. you must have 2,500 each month. Your first two months as a manager your sales go into a performance account so any time you are under the 2,500 they will take the amount from that account and anytime you are over it will go into the account.

I hope this makes sence.. Good luck,

Kim

Kim,

Can I just ask a question? The $2500 requirement to retain DM, that's group retail correct? Or is that just my personal retail?

The 2500 is you and your central district. So if everyone in your
success line is still a cons. that means everybody. And yes, its 2500
retail volume :)
