Hey Ladies,
I have been thinking alot the past few days on my goals and what I want to accomplish in 2006! I am going to share mine and would love to hear yours!
#1 Is to come up with a system of outside sources for new hostess's and customers. I am thinking of contacting everyone I can find in the 3 surrounding states to swap parties with NH, VT, and ME, that is just a start on outside sources. Have any of you done party swaps?
#2 Recruit 15-20 girls in 2006 for my first line. I love sharing this business!
#3 Do at least $25,000 in sales. This is a little over $2,000 a month
Last but not least start to build a team in 4 new states!
I'd love to hear your 2006 goals!

Hey Jody,
We just worked on these at our unit meeting last night. My goals are:
$60,000 in sales (a bit of a stretch, but over the past 3 months I'd be on track for $52,000 in a year) this year I'll do over $25,000
I want to recruit 12 new people and promote 3 team leaders and 2 managers. Since we're a new unit, I'm not sure what to make our sales goal yet. I'm still working on that.
I'd like to earn the company incentive trip and that program is changing in the new year so I'm anxious to hear about it! I'm pretty sure I"m going to make this year's!!
Guess that's all for me. I still have some goals to work on.

My goal for 2006 is to share this wonderful and unique business with as many people as I possibly can, give them the opportunity to make great & fun memories with their friends and families ~ and if that opportunity sharing earns me and my family a trip ~ then we'll go sailing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!smileys/smiley4.gif

I have two goals for 2006:
1. Earn that cruise incentive. It'll be a challenge, but it'll be worth it if I get it!
2. Promote to team leader. I've been having the hardest time recruiting, so I'm hoping for more luck as I continue this venture!
That's it!

These are all great goals! I love them!
3) To organize better.
I have a comment on that. My new recruit showed me her hostess packets etc.! She is sooooooo organized. She has never done direct sales. I am definately going to learn something from that girl! She has an amazing imagination which you need in my line.
Good Luck Girls!

My Goals for 2006:
Organize my home and office better.
Book at least 1 party each week, hopefully 2 a week.
Recruit 1 person a month (this is a tuffie for me)
Hit my business off with a bang in January and get at least $20,000 in sales for the year.
*I think these are realistic being that I am just starting back up from ground zero again :)

Well, I have been laid up with the most terrible morning sickness lately, so seeing past that.......my goals are......
1. To earn our promo trip to St. Kitts, traveling in May
2. To promote out at least two Units underneath me, there are twoteams that are pretty close now, so hopefully that will happen in the spring and I will get big bonuses! :)
3. Keep a consistentwith shows and booking, currently I am averaging about 5-6 shows and 2-3 new consultants a month, so I would be happy to stay that course.
Mostly my goals are to quit being sick everyday so I can enjoy my home and children again, and get back into the swing of things. I also have to figure out how to have a baby the 2nd or 3rdweek in the July, and make it to Greensboro NC the 4th week for our convention. Hmmmmm.

Hi, I just joined today and this topic made me glad I did. Sometimes it is hard to put your Goals in Writing.
This year will be my 3rd with my company(Premier Designs)and I think it is time for my Business to take a new road.
1. Do More Home Shows and Less Events (Work Smarter, Not Harder) The Events were good the first 2 years to help me get my name out there, not many people have heard of Premier Designs.
***Goal of 8-10 Home Shows per Month= $2,000 Net Income
2.Simplify my Business (Such as weedthrough and file or throw awayall that training material I have saved for years...I swear I think I have saved every handout!)
3.Personally Sponsor Smarter...It's not the Number in your Downline; It's the Quality of your Downline that matters.
***Goal of 10 New Jewelers (first level)
4.Help 3First Levelsmake it to Designer!
***Goal of adding at least 20 2nd Levels Overall
Wow, I have my work cut out for me! I hope I can find support and friendship here at this board.
Merry Christmas All!
