If a person starts out with the COTM, can they get the Fast Start Pack
later or are they only able to get that when they join?

You can order the fast start pack after you become a COTM distributor!
The "Sample Pack" sign up option is the only one that is not available after sign up - the "Sample Pack" that is offered in our back office is less money, and includesthe 12 jars of the season's popular scents - and does not include the other items that is available with the sign up "Sample Pack"
