Beyondus (www.beyondus.com) is a young and ambitious design and marketing firm. We provide high-quality solutions for primarily small to mid-sized companies. Our core service is Web design; additional services include a full range of creative and strategic services such as copywriting, strategic marketing planning, print design and multimedia.
We are currently expanding our design team. The assignments for this position include the following: web design, logo design, brochures, ads, and flash animation.
All Beyondus consultants work “virtually” so must have access to high-speed Internet and be extremely self-motivated.
To Apply: (please note that we will not look at any candidates that don’t adhere to the following)
1. Candidate must have samples of projects that they have worked on. (Preferably logos)
2. Must be U.S. resident.
3. Provide a resume
4. Provide a cover letter
- Not interested in offshore outsourcing.
The Graphic Designer position offers:
** Scheduling flexibility. While projects will have a due date and may rely somewhat on the client’s schedule, most of the work may be completed on your own schedule.
** Competitive rate. Compensation is an hourly rate commensurate with experience (between $20-$40/hour).
** Opportunity for growth. Strong performers will be rewarded with more project assignments.
** Team support. Consultants will join a close-knit team of sales, marketing and design professionals.
The ideal Graphic Designer will have:
** High level of creativity and graphic design ability.
** Strong illustration skills a must!
** Extensive experience with designing for Flash, Print and Logos.
** Extensive experience with Adobe Products like Photoshop and Illustrators.
** Personal accountability in meeting deadlines.
** Pre-press file setup experience for both, offset and digital
** An entrepreneurial spirit and energetic approach.
** Strong presentation, client service and organizational skills.
** Degree in Graphic Design preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required technical knowledge:
** Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
** Flash
** Dreamweaver
** InDesign
