Does anyone work for the companywww.successlearninginstitute.com (http://www.successlearninginstitute.com/)Iasked them if they were still hiring about 12 days ago (I can't for the life of me remember where I saw them) to become an appointment coordinator. They replied to me yesterday that they are now hiring for the position and attached an application.They will be scheduling a phone interview this week. Is this legit?

We are a national real estate training company and have been in business for over 15
years. This position involves calling For Sale By Owners at their home and will require you
to work from a home office and have a minimum of 5-10 hours per week to devote to calling.
Coordinators that do well with setting appointments will be offered more hours upon request.
Individuals who are interested in this position will need the following:
<LI =Msonormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Must have good conversational English skills.
<LI =Msonormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Must have a flexible schedule to make weekly calls.
<LI =Msonormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Must be a self-starter and disciplined in setting up and following a schedule.
<LI =Msonormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Home computer and access to a fax machine.
<LI =Msonormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Un-limited long distance calling plan on land line or cell phone. </LI>
The details of the position are as follows:
· 15 hours of paid training at $10.00 per hr.
· Pay rate after training starts at: $20.00 per hr.
· Additional performance pay of $20 to $30 is paid on a per appointment basis.
· Guaranteed Hours: 20 hrs per month.
· Additional hours are available based on performance and reviews.

Once we have received it, we will review it and if you appear to be qualified
and we have not filled all the positions you will be contacted via e-mail to set
a telephone interview.
