Do the majority of folks here offer the wholesale account to everyone?I hear folks talk about right now money and residual income. My problem is that everyone signs up! (I have not had a ton of activity due to several reasons, January is looking much better.) The thing is that through my efforts & those under me, we have moved about 10k in retail but it has been spread out over 4 months or so. Of that, 98% of folks have signed up so there isn't right now money & the consultant override doesn't amount to much in & of iitself, but the majority has been where I have been helping those who signed up do their classes, etc.
I'm not discouraged, just trying to figure out if I am missing something. I know that once I have more activity, my numbers will increase & I will move up the ladder. Any insight is appreciated!Edited by: Kiana's Mom

Teresa, with $10,000 in volume over a 4 month period, you would be maintaining District ($2,500/month) but you said "consultant override"? If you are still consultant, you are so close to DM, go for it! You sound like you have a few team members- are they trying to build a team also? Activity, activity, activity! My ENVP told me recently that a gal in NY, in her first month did over $40,000 volume!!! She worked the business every day of the month and wouldn't stop until she had spoken with 10 people each day about the Arbonne Opportunity. Sounds exhausting!

It is not quite $10k and the way that it is spread out over the 4 months, I missed the mark for DM. I'm revving up to go for it again in January. I understand about the activity and take full responsibility for not being DM yet. I have 1 person who has been dabbling in working her biz but is frutrated because she has reached the end of her warm market without huge success. I am working with her to get out of her comfort zone & approach strangers, work on referrals, etc.
I am wondering about the wholesale aspect because I have no retail customers so there really isn't any right now money & the ones who have signed up don't seem to be reordering on a regular basis. I know it is simply a matter of time to build a network.

I offer it to anyone placing a $100 retail order. I also try to get them to book a presentation at that time. Not everyone takes advantage, but the $100 mark makes it worth it to them and to me. I do monthly "special" emails to all my clients and wholesale buyers, and make sure to say wholesale discount applies to the special. For Example, this months Sea Salt Scrub special at 20% off is 20.80 retail and 13.52 wholesale. People really see the value in the wholesale accout if they see the #'s!

I don't think in the long run it will be a real problem that 98% of my contacts end up being wb. I also think that thatnumber will fall as I have more activity, I'm sure to get more no's and probably pick up some retail customers.
Okay, so maybe my real question is:
"What percentage of your income is right now $$ made from retail customers?"

I have a few who are purchasing retail, but I'm trying to buildfuture income, vs. right now money, so I focus on the wholesale opportunity.I want to be a sponsoring star, so my goal is to sign up as many $100 consultants as possible. Todays wholesale buyer could become tomorrows business builder! That's one of the great things about Arbonne. You can choose how and whento make your money!
