Hi Everyone and Happy Weekend to you all!
I placed an order last week and its been showing that it shipped several days ago, but when I try to track it , it says unable to track. Has anyone ever experienced this?

I've experienced that before. It arrived in the usual time - I just assumed one of the numbers in the sequence is off. How many business days from the date of shipping do you generally get your orders? I'm in Florida and it takes 3 business days once UPS has the box. I've noticed that tracking info is generated on the site "roughly" the day before UPS gets the package.

Hello Denise, this same thing happened to me this month withmy cotm. I called the company & they couldn't track it either. I ended up getting the box a couple days later than usual. After I received it, I tried to track it again and it still says unable to track. I checked the reference # on the box & its the same as the # on invoice.

The same thing happened to me this month as well. I'm hoping to get it today since it normally should've arrived on Fri.

I got my packages on time from Mia Bella. However, I do know that due to the holidays, mail/packages/delivery with everything always seems to go kind of off...

My order usually takes 7 business days and it took 10 this time around!
The holiday mail season is upon us and all shipping takes longer!
Sigh, so sad when we are always so excited to get our products!
Can't hardly wait to find out what the candle of the month flavor will be picked for Dec!

Yeah, I got my order today. Lori, I am a law graduate, have to take the bar. Off to open my package, can't wait to smell them all.
