Homeowners Association Assistant

We are looking for a Homeowner Association Assistant.
Must type at least 40 wpm
Must have excellent writing skills
Must be available to occasionally attend Board meetings during evening hours
Must have excellent people skills
Must have proper telephone etiquette
Must be willing and able to walk properties to conduct property visits
Must have filing skills
Must be able to work in a fast paced office, multitasking and enjoy people.
We are looking for someone that has some experience in Property Management.
The office is located in Lakewood, but properties are all over the city.
Hours, benefits and salary to be discussed.
