I've talked to some people at Leadership and there seems to be a buzz about this..... Not sure what it all means exactly - but I have six new recruits and want to make sure that before I input them into the system that it hasn't changed too dramatically......

This is what I get for not attending Leadership! If anyone has heard - please update me - I have a spa tomorrow and really need to know

i don't mean to start a rumor - and given the views and no posts, I hope it is not true...

All that my director said...which was loud and not a good signal...that they would not get any product guides or order forms...the would get a welcome letter and something about open this it will change your life(kit) and a sheet to spa yourself instructions...because many new consultants are overwhelmed..also there are many who do not even open the kit when they get to Beauti U and they want everyone to open and start enjoying the products on themselves First!! This is all that I could hear and remember when she called me this morning..

From what I can tell, the products are exactly the same. The only thing that I heard might be different is when they get all of the literature. You can download the Beauticase content sheet on the new EmpowerU (just click on "Spa Yourself" and hit the continue button on the bottom right a few times - a pdf file will come up for you to download.

you guys are AWESOME.. I had heard that they were flipping things around and including microderm in Part One and switching the HS foot creme to the cabana pineapple foot creme... Phew - that would have been awful!

Would that mean they're bringing the Cabana line back? Or even the foot creme? I loved that stuff!!

i heard all the other items from cabana are gone.... but this is all unconfirmed rumor....

on the new Consultant Agreement forms the picture shows the MDA in Part 1 and the Warming Trend and the Pineapple foot creme in Part 2.....but the Pineapple foot creme is not on the order form for ordering....not sure what thats all about.

I heard that they hired a new art director.... the picture is wrong and I guess no one caught it until too late..

well that is confusing for sure...it needs to be cleared up and confirmed pretty quickly before the spas start rolling in and the Con. Agree.'s...some people may be thinking their getting the MDA in Pt1.....

I WISH they would put the Cabana foot cream in place of the HS. I love Cabana...and I hardly ever sell HS. I sold a bunch of the Pineapple. I'm hanging onto the tubes I have for dear life... http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

The only things that have changed is that new recruits will get the new spa bag and there will be no sale aids in the first kit. I am glad, because this can sometimes scare new recruits who just want the discount and not work it.....these items are added when they complete steps in EmpowerU.

I remember being really confused back when they changed the case to customize the skincare. For one day, they showed that picture on the director's webinar about the changes. I'm not sure what happened, but the next day it was changed back. I think they were thinking about making those changes and then realized a lot of people go to BeautiU to get the microdermabrasion. Can you imagine how much harder it would be to convince them to go? Plus so many people have set sheets made up with the old kit. I'm glad they kept it the same.
I heard these rumours flying around leadership too, and they said it was the wrong picture. The kit is the same, they're just delaying the sales aids until their first order. I think that's smart so they aren't wasting money sending kit-nappers a bunch of literature and stuff they don't want. All you get in part 1 now are the order forms and product guides to have ready for when you pop the box with your friends and family. Brilliant!!

I specifically inquired about the PRODUCT portion of the BeautiCase when I was at Leadership, and the products remain the same. They will get additional sales aids after completing their first retail purchase, so as not to overwhelm those that don't want to work it as a business.
The picture on the front of the new Consultant agreement is incorrect, and will be corrected before future reprints go out. In the meantime, when they sign the agreement, we will just tear off the portion with the incorrect picture anyway, so not a big deal. Just be sure you take your old flip cards with you to show the correct picture of what comes in the BeautiCase, because the BeautiCase pic is not in the new flip cards anymore! Just the F&F pack and spa tools pack that they can order.

Honestly, that's very frustrating that they aren't going to include any product guides with the first part of the kit. I just signed up a new recruit and she can't go to Beauti U for a couple of weeks. I didn't realize there weren't any product guides and she was intending on using those to get orders to take with her to Beauti U. I guess I'll have to buy some and send them to her.

ThereARE product guides in the first part of the kit. It is the spa Escape tools and Beauti tools that come with their first order, not part 1.

Oh good. I thought I read that there weren't any.
