We are a chocolate company based in Burlington, VT, looking for a part time bookkeeper (about 7-8 hours per week). This job can be done from a home office.
Much of this job can be done at night and on weekends, as long as you can call relevant vendors and contacts during the day.
Requirements:
-- Experience with double-entry bookkeeping, including making journal entries.
-- Experience with closing monthly books.
-- Experience with cash reconciliation.
-- In-depth experience with Quickbooks and/or Quickbooks Online.
-- Very comfortable with web applications and web sites in general.
