If given a choice, which would you go with? Cloud 10 has a non-compete so I can't work with both-help?

Cloud 10 is paid by the hour ACD is not. If you are schedule to work for ACD from 2-3 and you only get 2 calls lasting 4mins each, you will only get paid for those minutes you were on the phone. HTH

it has changed, we got a new acct that the cv is great and now the major pledge drive is near with great cv as well. It's how you want to work it.
