I just tried putting two scoops of the fiber shake into one cup plain, lowfat yogurt. It was delicious, just like an orangedreamsicle. Even my son liked it and he definately needs extra fiber.

I love the orange and vanilla shakes mixed, but if I did this, I'd get an extra one!
