JOB TITLE: Part-time Telecommuting Customer Service Representative
LOCATION: This position will train and work within our Atlanta Customer Service Center for at least the first 4 months of employment. Once trained and experienced, new telecommuting customer service representatives will be able to work from their homes.
DAYS & HOURS: 10am - 3pm, Monday through Thursday & 1 Saturday per month
REPORTS TO: Customer Service Manager
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Answering incoming calls from Larson Juhl customers.
*Processing and entering orders into our computer system.
*Resolving customer issues and concerns relating to orders via phone and fax while providing excellent customer service.
*Additional responsibilities revolve around special projects designed to increase efficiency and productivity.
*Attend scheduled meetings and training as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
*At least 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in an inbound call center environment.
*At least 1 year experience telecommuting (working from home)
*Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing a variety of resources.
*Strong computer and data entry skills are required.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
*Excellent problem solving capabilities.
*Must be able to work independently with no direct supervision.
*High energy and drive with a team player attitude.
*Consistently demonstrates the Larson-Juhl Values.
