I am looking for different opinions here...I am working on trying to switch my current Mary Kay customers over to Arbonne and I wanted to send a letter to all of them, along with some information, telling them about the change. What do you all suggest that I send along with the letter?

Thanks!! smileys/smiley4.gif

Sandy,

I think seeing is believing. Plan a launch party (or several depending on your client base) andinvite your clients to try the products. Follow up wth those who cannot make it to an actual party and give them a sample or an RE9 set to try in their home. Let them experience the dfference! For those out of town, I would do samples & maybe have a virtual party on a specific day where they can call or email their orders, questions, etc.

Good Luck!

You might send an announcement letter or card - let all your customers know what you are doing, tell them your WHY & maybe the reasons you decided to switch. I would also tell them how they can continue to order their favorite MK products (so they know you will take care of them). Invite them to your biz launch, etc. Tell them about the try before you buy & let them know you'll follow up to schedule their 3 days & tell them about your favorite products! Please let us know how it goes!!!

With the customer base I have, I have to go to them. They are not ones to come to me, so I am not planning to have a business launch for this reason. They will buy a lot of product from me - it is just that I have to make the move to go to them. I do have a letter ready that I am getting ready to send out and I am emailing the letter, along with a link to my site to those on email. I also have made a color comparision chart for the eye and cheek colors. For example, if they are currently using White Sand from Mary Kay, they will want to try Tulle from Arbonne, etc.

I just wanted to send some really compelling information along that would stand out.
