Interprets and transcribes reports dictated by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Home based position. Equipment and internet access provided by the hospital.
Shift: Full-time Day
Department: HIMS
Education: Prefer graduate of an accredited technical school
specializing in Medical Transcription or equivalent experience. Must be
a high school graduate.
Experience: Excellent keyboarding/transcription skills and above
average command of English language and medical terminology including
anatomy, physciology and pharmacology. Prior exprience in a hospital
acute care setting preferred.
