Okay, what do you do if someone seems interested. You've met with them and gave them products to try and they never get back to you. Do you keep emailing or calling? Or do you just let it go and buy more product? Opinions please.

I'm assuming there was an understanding that the products were to be used as "testers" and be returned? This needs to be very clear when you drop products off. There are some people who just don't "get it" and need to be told specifically that you will be picking the products up on such and such date/time. It's important that they know that you are a professional business person.
I would try to call/email/drop by, anything and if there's no response after several times, then I would do an invoice and send a bill! You could let the person know that if you don't get the products back, you'll send a bill, I'd bet you'll get a response then!

That's a good idea. I was suppose to meet them earlier this week. But, they cancelled. Well actually didn't show up. I called them. I have left emails. I need to call a few times I guess. If I do not hear back you are right. I will send a bill.

I agree with billing after a certain point. I would just make really certain that they ARE avoiding you first. You wouldn't want to offend a potential client. And they obviously love the products. hehe. I guess a little too much!

You can always re assure her when you call that you understand if she
doesn't care for the products, doesn't want to do the business or what
ever it was that you presented to her, but that you really need your
"testers" back and what would be a good time to come pick them up. Or
she could leave them out on her door step in a bag, if she doesn't want
to talk to you for some reason.
Sometimes people just get weird, they think you are going to pressure
them into something they don't want to do, so they start to avoid you.
In this case though, she has your property and it needs to be
returned. I don't know that sending a bill would work, she will
probably just ignore that too. The only way you would be guarranteed
payment is if you have her credit card number and you can charge her
for the products, otherwise, do you think she will pay for them?
Try to arrange a time when you can pick up those products, whether she
is there or not.
I am hoping you did not give her a whole RE-9 set, because you'll be
out quite a bit of money if she doesn't return the set. Good Luck!

Unfortunately, this happened to me with someone I thought would be a GREAT BB. He tried both the mens and womens kit, loved them and gave me the impression he was extremely interested in doing the business. Then he dropped off the face of the earth! I left him message after message, asked him to leave it on his door step and I would pick it up at a certain time, no questions asked. Told him they were my "business partners", etc. Nothing. I even went by his house a few times, unannounced, hoping to catch him off guard, he just didn't answer the door, I knew he was home because the garage door was open!!! Anyway to make a long story even longersmileys/smiley36.gifI eventually just chalked it up to experience and will declare it as a business loss. My upline also suggested I bill him, but I knew that wasn't going to do any good. Just let go of the negative energy and move on...it will be a good story when you're NVP!!

Hmmm, maybe this is a good argument for using sample packs instead of
full size products. I use travel size products for people to try,
but I don't ask for them back. I have given out one full size
set, but it was returned unharmed. I just return it to my company
and they replace it for me. But, now I exclusively use travel
size.

Good news/Bad news. Well the person did return my calls but I missed the call. So I have left another message. I'll keep you posted. From now one though. Unless I know them they are getting samples. I've learned the hard way. But, can you believe I was feeding the baby and missed the call. Ouch!
