LOL - well, they say "all men are created equal" - this may be true - but some people then proceed to make themselves entirely worthless. These people are the perfect example of that.

A similar one is being run in local newspapers listed as Ashley furniture. No major business is going to ask you to cash checks, keep a percentage as your pay and then forward the balance to a specified location. DJ, you are right on target -- that's exactly what it is: a vicious money-laundering S C A M.

When I get crap like that, I forward it to whatever legitimate institution that they happen to mention in the email -- like Monster and Ashley Furniture.

Then I also forward it to whoever their email provider is -- as well as to Yahoo (my email provider). I know personally of several instances where Yahoo has actually removed the accounts of such offenders as a result of my having taken action such as I just described.

Reputable email clients such as MSN, Yahoo, etc. also refer to such emails as SPAM, and they do NOT appreciate it ;)
