Thank you for the big welcome!!!
I have a quick question, I went to put an order in for the first time and it says the credit card must be on file. Do i have to use the same credit card each time I order

yes, if you order online. If you order by phone you can use any card. You can also change the card on file by emailing customer service. Hope that helps smileys/smiley1.gif

Hi Denise, glad to have you here!! When you order online, they will automatically use the credit card that you signed up with that is on file. If you want to use a different card, all you have to do is PHONE your order in and let them know you would like to use a different card. It is NOOOO problem, i have doneit before!!
