has anyone figured out how to make these punch packs taste good? My kids do not like them at all. I cannot say I care for the taste either. I would love to have them take these over other brands. But, the taste is less than pleasing. smileys/smiley11.gif

Unfortunately, my kids don't like them either but they do love our shakes so I've been putting a packet in their shakes every day. It gives it a fruity taste and they love them!

I haven't tried this yet....but I've heard that if you put the punch powder into milk it tastes like strawberry milk. My kids don't like the punch either. I'm going to try the milk, but I need to do it slyly so they don't know. If anyone tries it in milk, letus know if your kids like it.

I put the packet into about 5 oz. ice cold water(from my refrigerator, so it's really cold), shake it. Then, I add about 1 oz. of Orange Juice. My daughter will drink it without the OJ, but my son will only drink it with OJ. The OJ masks the "metallic" taste that comes through with just water. Also, if I put it into a cup with a straw or a sippy cup, they drink it quite quickly and don't seem to notice it.

I'm just stopping by to say both of my children vomited within 1 minute of drinking the power pack (children's). I figured maybe it was a fluke so I tried again, 2 weeks latter on a full stomach and the same thing happened again. I called @rbonne (called@rbonne), and they could not explain what happened. I love the products, but that frightenedme.

I love the teen chews for some reason! You can really taste the IRON in both the punch and the chews, which I think is why some people don't like them so much! I like the idea of adding some oj... not bad!
Another idea is to blend ice, 3 strawberries, 1/2 banana, and a light yogurt with the punch. Breakfast smoothies that taste great!
You can alternate fruits, add some oj or milk, try different flavors of yogurt... but in the end, its all good! Kids love smoothies!!

My 4 year old tried it once and threw up within 1 minute. Maybe her belly was too empty, I don't know, but after that NONE of my 3 kids were willing to try it... can't blame them, after seeing that I wouldn't either. I suggest to everyone to take it on a full stomach and to introduce it slowly. My DD liked the taste so maybe she drank it too fast? Edited by: cassandra

My munchkins like the vitamins!! My 13 year old and many of her friends like them. If they think it's cool they'll eat anything - ha ha.
My kids take their vitamin packs in crushed ice and water (cold is the key) or in their smoothies. I like the idea of ice water with a little orange juice..!

I have people who mix them with apple juice, and everyone who has tried mixing it into yogurt has had a good report
Let us know if either of those work for you

My three year old would not drink it either, I tried juice, milk everything I could think of, then I mixed with vanilla yogurt to make pink yogurt and she loved it. Now she asks for it everyday after school. My boys will not eat either of the rbon kids vitamins so we have started using vemma and they love that, the 3 year old wont drink it but my husband and I do as well. www.myvemma.com/liquidnutrition (http://www.myvemma.com/liquidnutrition) for more info. At first I felt bad for not using the rbon but if they just sit in the box it is not doing us any good!
