I am so excited about these new catalogs. I have lots of contacts out of state who want to do parties, but no FD nearby. I'm contacting ALL of them to see if they want to do a catalog party. Response has been very good so far.
Because I have to have these things organized on paper, in order to wrap my own brain around them, I created a hostess letter and a hostess summary sheet for use with these catalog parties. I've posted them in the Files section in both the UB TopNotes and UB Fans Yahoo groups. (If you're not a member of either group, contact me and I'll tell you how to join.)
You're free to use these forms, as is, or as an idea tickler to create your own.
In my catalog party hostess packet, I will be putting:
hostess letter, hostess summary sheet, 5 catalogs, 15 order forms, 5 business cards, consultant brochure, and a small lotion or parfum sample if the hostess hasn't ever made a UB product herself yet.
If they're local, I'll loan them some tester products and a warming plate with a vial of oil (like McKenna suggested in the Feb newsletter).
I think this is going to be great!
