I have been trying to complete my application for workingsol but they don't seem to respond to emails. Does anybody else have any suggestions.

I was locked out for some reason and it wouldn't recognize my info. They finally replied and it's fixed now.

I just tried to do the phone portion of the testing and it didn't let me respond to the first question and then it disconnected me on the second question. I just emailed HR to see if there's any way I can retake this portion.
Anyone else had this problem?
