Hello,

I've started a consulting/virtual assistant business and am getting clients and work faster than I can get people to fulfil the hours.

Workvaries from data entry, to customer service, to telemarketing, to building marketing materials, to managing a project (E.g. the outsourcing/managing of a website) or even business plans. You can choose what type of work you would like to do.

The work is entirely from home, and hours are usually flexible as in when they happen (no set day to day schedule), as well as flexible in amount 10-40 hours/week (as long as we agree on this before the start of a given week).

Pay is hourly, plus bonus based on pre-defined goals such as completing a project on time, or client feedback.

Clients are small to medium sized businesses in the US and Canada.

We're in need of a manager for our consultants. This role would include choosing the right consultant/VA for a given client (I will continue tobe in charge of sales and provide you with the new client specifications), advising, helpingand monitoring the VA's work, updating the client on anywhere from a daily to weekly basis (depending on the type of work), and ensuring that the client is satisfied with the work and therefore renews the contract.

Recruitment may also be a part of the job, but that depends on your capabilities.

This job is paid with a guaranteedhourly rate + a bonus for results.

I just signed onto WAHM and saw your entries about your business. Are you still looking for consultants? Did you find a manager for consultants? I've attached my resume to give you an idea of my background. For the last many years I've had two main work focuses - one is in the nonprofit sector involving management, fundraising, event planning, and administrative work. The other focus has been my own consulting business. I'm a life coach and spiritual counselor, have been a consultant and trainer for small businesses and corporations in the areas of success and professional development, stress and time management.<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Presently, I'm looking for new opportunities to make a living in ways that help others at the same time giving me time to pursue my spiritual counseling. The counseling is very dear to my heart and in these difficult economic times I want to be able to be there for others when they don't have the financial means to pay me.
