Hi, everyone! I just wanted to share with you an email that I received from Gary Jones today. He asked that I please post it here. Marie
"I am a big fan of the WAHM.com websight and make a point of logging on frequently each week (along with many others here at the home office) to hear the comments and concerns that are posted. I find this to be a really great resource and forum full of great ideas, positive feedback and constructive criticism.<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
Recently, I ran across a thread where there was concern about emails that were sent to me that were never received. Above anything else that I do in my position, I believe that personal feedback is among the most important. I understand how important it is to provide our Consultant’s with the answers that they need to successfully use and sell our products. Since the product@beauticontrol.com (product@beauticontrol.com) email address was established in 2006, there has not been an email that was not responded to within a 24 hour period. My policy is to answer all emails as quickly as possible, not to exceed a 24 hour period…most within 8 hours, 7 days a week. Even though we have made great strides in the past year to provide answers to commonly asked questions through the Product Information Center on BeautiNet as well as my blog which is published twice weekly, we still respond personally to each email that is received. In the event that I am traveling, there is someone on staff who is assigned responsibility for providing a response in my absence, with the same sense of urgency.
Just to clarify, when you email us, please be sure to send all product questions to product@beauticontrol.com (product@beauticontrol.com) rather than to my personal email address (my personal email address is congested with internal emails and does not get the same priority as the emails that are sent to the product email address). If you do not receive an email response within 24 hours, it is likely that either your email was not received or the response was blocked by the sender’s SPAM filters. If this should occur, please either re-send your email or please call the home office and ask for assistance.
Our Consultants are our #1 priority here at the home office and we want to make every possible effort to provide the best and most efficient service possible."

Thanks so much for posting this information. It clears up a lot. I think it is very interesting that Gary reads this board. It very well may have been Gary that got that post that Princess GG put up about corporate information she read from the Tupperware earnings report.
Anyway, I too wanted to clear something up. I am a bona fide BC consultant in Susan Ramsey's unit, a top selling director. In addition, I have spoken with Cindi about the Who foundation with regard to their charitable allocations. As far as being more anonamous than most, that's just my way. I have gotten strange emails in the past (not from this board) from groups that I have forgotten I ever belonged.

I mean to say "got that post removed". It was only up about 30 minutes before it was removed. I think it's great that they read what we say here, and Gary if you are reading this I say, more samples!

All I have to say is Gary Jones is the bomb! I saw him at Canadian Connection and it was the highlight of my weekend as well as my fellow consultants. I have personally emailed product@bC.com many times since I joined less than a year ago, and I have ALWAYS received a response back immediately.
And just to note I thought I'd share that I burned my hand last June, 3rd degree burns to 1/2 of my right hand, and I asked Gary what products to use. He emailed me back right away and I've been using every single product he mentioned and my hand is healing wonderfully. The nurses at the burn clinic are amazed at how quickly the redness and scarring is subsiding.
So Gary, if you are reading this, kudos to you. Keep up the good work and can't wait to see you at Leadership! Maybe I'll finally show you pictures of my hand like I said!
