Anywho, I had 10 guests, a little over $200 in sales, and a booking! I got about $45 in stuff for $16. smileys/smiley32.gif
And my aunt booked a party for January so I can stock up on the sale
stuff then too! I LOVED the products. The catalog does not
do them justice!



Anyway, congrats to you all for being on Dr Phil and you can bet I will be watching on the 13thsmileys/smiley4.gif

Kimberly, I saw on another post that you were formerly with Petra. I was a Director with them and have left the new company that they sold out to, merged, whatever they are trying to call it. I am now with Discovery Toys. Since you think they are so awesome you should think about becoming a team member! I am just starting out and am doing great with it. They wouldn't conflict with your Undercover Wear business and I would absolutely love to have another former Petra family member on my team!!! PM me or email me if you'd like to talk some about this. I wish you all the best with your new company!!!

hehe... Discovery Toys Senior Consultant # SEI218 :D... I sold them for 2 years before I ventured to Petra... I absolutely LOVE their toys and stay active now for the family and friend discount :D I started when i was 6 months prego with my first child... and I moved up to Sterling within 3 months, and moved up to Senior within a year... I was almost to a manager.. .but I was $18 short, so I put in a quick order... that didn't go throuhg, so they didnt' honor it.


I chose to go to Petra because I loved the clothes, the quality and the hostess rewards. And I'm still devastated about it, I will never go with PR simply because of everything that is going on and personal reasons. I lookd into several other companies and chose Undercover Wear for several reasons as well... adn I'm truly happy with it.. .just gotta get the partys booked.. you know what i mean :)

LOL Kimberly, a girl's gotta try right? I too chose not to go with PR and I am so thankful now that I didn't. I have had 2 particular parties in to them since Oct. 26, right after the news came out, that have still not been shipped. They've over debited my checking account by over $120 that is needed for customers refunds and I've been given the run around for 4 weeks now. I talked to the President today who promised me that these 2 parties would be shipped and was given tracking numbers. I asked if he would overnight them, no that wasn't happening. I had asked last week for there to be freebies included on these two parties(was told they shipped then as well)and that wasn't happening either. No apology whatsoever for or to these people who have been waiting almost a month and a half for items. I don't know what will be done about the $120 that was basically stolen from me but if they don't do anything I know the Lord will take care of it. Chris did say today that he was sending me $175 in gift cards to give to customers but every $25 cardhas to be given to Hostesses who didn't receive their merchandise so I can't use those to take the place of refunds.


I am filing a complaint with the BBB on them this week and am considering contacting a lawyer if they don't give me the $120 to give these people their money back for items that aren't being shipped. All total I'll have given over $400 in refunds before it's over with. If I'd a known they were going to be in this bad of shape taking over the garment line, I'd a never done the parties that I already had in my book.


Anyway, sorry for the rambling vent, lol. I'm glad you are happy with your new company and am glad that you are already with Discovery Toys!!! I'm excited about this new adventure the Lord has sent me on and am so glad He led me to a company that I can hold my head up high about and not second guess if I'm pleasing Him or not. Now I know I am. So, God Bless you again and I'm sure we'll all be watching on Dec. 13 when our favorite children's products are featured!!!!

I can't believe PR did that to you! I turned in my last party of $700, got about $500 worth of stuff back. They over charged my card by $35, half of my stuff was not returned and the other stuff was either wrong size or wrong color. I've been round and about several times with them and nothing. They haven't offered me anything, no compensation nothing. I want cash back, no gift cards, unless its to me for the hassle. As far as my concern, the way they are, their company will lose more and more customers. That's why I went with Undercover Wear. They have helped me tremendously. The vice president of the company is my direct upline and she has been very nice and helpful, doing whatever she can to help me get into the swing of things. I've been called once by UCW too... just to be asked about how I'm doing and to thank me for joining the family! And they sent me another set of catalogs for free because they weren't included in my additional kit that i purchased.


Once I am done with this order, PR and PRF can kiss my booty, they've lost my respect!
