Hey, I was thinking of taking advantage of the salt scrub internet special, but was looking over my orders for last month, and when I ordered the Guava berry 3 pack body butter, it did not count towards my volume. I realized it because I have an autoship order every month of $36 and I used the body butters to bring it up to my $100, and when I checked later, I was still sitting at $36 on my PRV.
I had other orders to put in, so I did that and kind of forgot about it. But sure enough, it did not count towards my volume.
I have never noticed that before, and I take advantage of the internet specials often.
Does anyone know if it is always like that? If so, I am just going to order them at full price (wholesale) so I get my volume!

None of the PWP's, hostess specials, lotions ($5 for every $50), orbusiness aidscount towards volume. I suppose because we are receiving such a great price on them, that is the reward in itself. Also, many folks usethe PWP's asbusiness aides, i.e. giveaways, incentives, etc.

Well, that is why I was wondering, I didn't think the internet specials count as PWPs. I mean, there is no requirement needed to buy them. And it doesn't show up in the "non-discounted" part of the order. Also, if you get them, it counts as that amount towards the other bonuses, like for mine, it was part of an order that totalled $75, and I qualified for the PWP and the $5 bonus item. So it totals in the regular order, and we get the extra 35% off. I found it strange it didn't count towards volume, even at the discount rate.
I guess i didn't pay attention in the past when I ordered them.

How do the auto ship discounted items work towards volume? The internet special seems like it should work the same. Even if you are a retail client & order online you still get the 20% discount.

I went and looked up past orders and when the C/A system was the internet special in Aug. I ordered some and it all showed up as volume at the internet special price. Not sure what happened with your last order. Does autoship make it different?

Well - I know you get volume from auto ship, I'm just not sure at what price- retail or the discounted price (the extra 20%).

I'm checking into it right now, (on hold, LOL)
My orders show volume totalling $259.75 in my personal, but my webstats all month only showed $214.75, it is exactly $45 less than what my total should be, and that is the exact price of the two guava berry 3 packs I ordered as internet specials at $22.50 each (20% off the $28)
So the volume didn't show up in my webstats. I know it is only $45, so I didn't really care, but I want to find out before I order a bunch of salt scrubs this month, since if it doesn't count, than I don't get my override, either!

Okay,. I am back and will say that the internet specialsMAY NOT count towards volume needed to meet your qualifying volume for the month. I had what I thought was enough to get me my $100 needed last month, and it showed up on the order as $80 (to add to my $28 autoship) and I only got credited $35, which was everything besides the internet special products.
They count towards everything else, as far as getting the PWP, host special, host gift, etc.
So I have my VP on the case, trying to figure out the deal. I was on hold and talked to two different people over the course of an HOUR trying to sort this out. They said they coudln't help me anymore, and their supervisors didn't know anything, either. But they all agreed it was strange, they thought it should count, but they looked at my webstats and saw that it didn't.
So I am definietly waiting before I order the salt scrubs that way this month! Just wanted to pass along the warning. Everything shows up normal as volume until your webstats register in your MTD volume.

I double checked on what I posted earlier, I had a consultant sign up in Aug and ALL she ordered were 5 C/A sets which were the internet special that month for $52.80 retail(reg. $66) and the total volume of $264 showed up on hers and mine for that month. Don't know what is happening now with yours, hope we can figure it out though.smileys/smiley2.gif
