Hi winners, I have a few questions, Has anyone tried the lead method, I am currently not wanting to do parties and i really do not have a warm market and due to some health issues i really need to take better care of myself i would like to try buying some leads and making phone calls. Also in my previous Homebase business whenever a personal team member quits (and it happens) her team moved under my sponsore who was a Regional. Not fare i thought since I had been working with those people but that was there rules. What happens in Arbonne if you have a personal quite what happens with his/her team?
Thanks
Thanks

As far as buying leads, this reminds me of a funny story I wanted to tell you guys. My dad (bless his heart he's out of work and we all might lose the house - my husband and I rent their basement- if something doesn't work out for him quickly) has been selling and recruiting people to sell Agel. He followed up on some purchased leads, and signed up his first recruit a few weeks ago (a woman from Alaska). She calls him all the time and asks so many questions that they sometimes end up talking for hours. The other night, we were all hanging out and eating dinner, when his office phone just kept ringing ang ringing. He could see that it was her, and since she requires so much time, he didn't answer it. Then their home phone rang. It was the police!!
"Mr. Hawkes?" they said.
"Yes."
"Is everything OK?"
"Yes."
"Just calling to check on you sir. Your business partner hasn't heard from you in days, and is very worried."
NO JOKE!
A few minutes later an officer showed up at our door. We all stood there and justlaughed and laughed with him after we told him the situation. He used to live in Alaska, so he joked than it was too dark and cold to stay sane:) No offense to anyone from AL:)
Blessings all,
Sarah

I know, right?! My poor dad, I think it's discouraged him from the biz. But at least we've all gotten a big laugh out of it!

Say for example someone directly under you drops out, then her team now becomes under you and her personally sponsored now become your personally sponsored. This happened with my RVP. She signed a lady who signed someone else then her first one decided not to do the business and dropped out, so the one moved under my RVP. This lady in now an NVP!! Wouldn't you kick yourself if you sponsored her and then quit?
I hope that made sense and answered your question!!

smileys/smiley36.gifsmileys/smiley36.gifthat was soooooo funny! My husband spent some time in Alaska, so I understand what you mean, smileys/smiley36.gif
but if you are the person who "quit" you do get a pick-up credit and should you start to Do the business and "make it", then you will 'pick up' your downline
pretty neat, huh?Edited by: cassandra

But if you truly quit & do not renew your account you would have to start all over again, correct? I mean if you ever decided to be in Arbonne again.Edited by: Kiana's Mom

My sponsor has stopped doing the business, but is maintaining her wholesale account. She was a DM, and dropped back down. I have passed her up and am building a team. She is already kicking herself, because if she were even a DM she would be getting some good money off of me, but now she can't use my volume to push herself back up to DM. If she gets another BB under her, she said she might try to make it back, because then she would be two wide and could make some residual. But her upline is now my AM and VP, because there is no one else in between us.
