Does anyone know if you can promote to Area, without qualifying for District first. IE have $24,000in sales in Two Months hence doing away with the required $1,000 PRV in the qualification period for district.

I am not sure what you mean.
You have to have $1000 PRV regardless....I believe

I am baseing this on the principal you sign up 5 who find 5 who find 5. Everyone spending $100 a month to qualify for commissions. Based on this you would have 125 people for a total volume of $12,500 in a month. This would put you into qualification for Area. But because you never spent or sold $1,000 retail you couldn't qualify.
District manager is the only status that requires a minimum PRV. With all the other promotions if you promote out 4 districts, with the pick up credit you automatically would be in qualification for Area. With 4 Areas you would automatically qualify for RVP...etc.
