First off, thanks for all the great ideas of where to eat and see in San Antonio.l I had a GREAT time!!
It's an EXCITING time of year!
What do you like this time of year for your business?
I always enjoy January-June asI can truly focus on customer service and not have all those craft shows in the way:) In fact, most of my personal success has been this time of year when I can truly focus on my customer and distributor's needs and not get distracted by special events.
I just got back from Homemade Gourmet's Leadership Conference in San Antonio and we are poised for GREAT success. We are even offering a $25 bonus forEACHdistributor that sponsors. So, if they sponsor 3 - they get $75!AND, they can even earn double, triple, quad, or quint times that amount if they sponsor at least 6 or more distributors between January-June. Some distributors may earn a $3000 BONUS by June!!!
Homemade Gourmet isat the right place at the right time and I have many on my team committed to becoming leaders by June. It really jazzes me to help them achieve their goals. I LOVE being a leader and sharing success with my team members. It'a all about being intentional and being accountable to your goals.
THAT excites me this time of year. What about you?

Congrats on your successful trip!
I think my favorite time of year is what you mentioned about companies introducing new products, promotions, and incentives. I alsouse the beginning of the year to set goals so I can be where I want to be NEXT January.
BTW, is Homemade Gourmet offering any new type of Preferred Customer program for their new line of coffees? If so, feel free to PM me info...I'm a coffee-holic! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif
In January, Morgan Dane announced a new Hostess/Consultant contest that will run January-May. One hostess and one consultant will each win $1,000 of Morgan Dane jewelry! Hostesses and consultants earn entries based on total party sales (double entries in January). BONUS: A hostess who becomes a consultant during her party, can earn entries for BOTH contests!
And, today, we launched our new online Clearance catalog of retired items up to 75% off! What's so exciting about this is that Clearance purchases also count toward hostess's free jewelry! Hostesses just have to tell their guests to hurry and purchase, though, if they see something they like in Clearance, because once it's gone it's gone.
I'd love to hear what new and exciting products, promotions, and incentives other companies are offering for 2008!

Jennifer
I totally agree with you! A new year is always exciting for me. New catalogs, New Products, New Host Specials etc. I love the New Year because I can then look back at the previous year and see how well I did and make up my goals and biz plan for the New Year.

AMEN on that!
When looking back at last year - we can SEE how many successes we have had and how much farther our business has grown just by working our business and being consistent.
They say - the 2-3 year in business will automatically be a BOOST in your business if you were consistent. So - I am ready for my 2nd boost and DREAM BIG in 2008.
Thanks for SHARING!!!
