It's not too early to start thinking about what your goals for 2006 will be.

I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to WRITE those goals down and keep your FOCUS.

I also agree. Make a contract with yourself. I plan to really get out there and focus on realtors and new home owners. Also getting all of my booths ligned up for the spring months and advertising in every way I can think of! Lesly smileys/smiley1.gif

Oh, I love goals!
My ongoing goal is to sponsor 8 COTM each month.
And, my focus goal right now is promoting 3 other team partnersto the Director position by Spring Fling. My original goal was 4, and Deb Warren made it, so now I am working with those who have raised their hand and are redy to get there.
It is also my goal to do more individual team coaching calls this year!
