I suggest putting on a pot of coffee and reading through this folder (and this board) thoroughly, especially the threads "stickied" to the top.

Chill out y'all. If you're REALLY new to the web, you have your work cut out for you. The main thing is that there's a high probability of people like you to be scammed. If you hang out here and LURK more than you post, you should be good. There's a pretty steep learning curve for us veterans and its going to be even steeper if you're new to the web. No sugar coating it here. Its a tough road and we're all travelling it.

Tom, I notice you said online Business. There are folders on the main page that contain informative avenues of travel when searching and researching "business Opportunities.
