Hi! I will be a new Arbonne consultant as of tomorrow! I am switching from another competitor company and I am hoping I do well!
Has anyone here switched from another skin care and cosmetic company to do Arbonne? How were your current customers of the other company receptive of this?

I am the "queen" of switching companies! smileys/smiley36.gifsmileys/smiley36.gif
The way I handle it, is by sending out an announcement with one sample
and some sort of new company literature to each of my clients
announcing my new company and telling a little about it and why I
switched. I also include a "switch over" chart showing them what
they are using now and showing them what product in the new line they
would use to replace it. I always offer a discount on their first
order with the "new" company and I also offer to find them a consultant
to continue to service them should they prefer not to switch my new
product line. I have been extremely fortunate to have customers
that trust me and over the years, only one has not come with me to my
new companies. Some will and some won't. You just go out
and find new ones and a lot of times the ones that didn't come with you
at first, eventually do, especially if you have superior customer
service that they are used to! smileys/smiley2.gif

Thank you both! My customers do really like me and I think that will help me in my new business! I really have nothing bad to say about the other company - it is just that this company's plan fits better into my life and I enjoy the no inventory part as well. That really deters people from wanting to join. Also, the $29.00 sign on is great, too, versus $100.00!
I moved pretty quickly with the other company, so I am sure I will with this one as well!

I am so happy for you! I hope Arbonne will make a better fit for you and your circumstances! You will do awesome! Keep me posted on how you are dealing w/ your former clients. I have a friend involved in the same situation who is asking about Arbonne. Best of luck!
