Does anyone have any Tight Eyed? I have a client who is looking for at least 6 of them since they have been discontinued. What should we be suggesting in place of it?

how do you know what is bein discontinued? I don't know where to look?

You can look under "While Supplies Last", and under "Service Updates" which is under "on-line services". Also, another indicator may be if you see it in BeautiBargins.

You can still order the tight eyed under while supplies last. I wonder if the advanced eye creme would work in place of tight eyed. I know the tight eyed is more of a firming product.

I used the tight eyed for a while, and it does work, but you must use it twice a day as it is a topical treatment. Kind of like our Botox in a jar. The platinum concealor may come close to the same result. I didn't really see a huge difference when I was using, but one thing is for sure.....

When someone does get remarkable results from one of our products, and it is discontinued, it is a bit difficult for them to be as happy with another product. I think the key is to know our clients, what they love, and try to introduce them to newer products which will in time replace the older ones before telling them the older product is now discontinued.

You know what I mean....like I have a client that loves the eye capsules. When the eye pads came out, I gave her one set to try and explained she should see similar results without the retinol which can be drying. She loves them and has switched. Now, if the eye capsules go away, she is already on the new product and won't be dissappointed. Hope this makes sense:)
