What do you all use to do your recruiting? I am running an exclusive offer right now for an additional $100 in products for people that sign with me. Just wondered what everyone else does. I know recruiting is crucial in party plans to advance. I am personally working on a goal to recruit one more person by end of December. Do you buy leads? if so what company? i have been swamped with people who sell leads calling me.

Bookings, bookings, bookings. The more people you meet, the better. And, oddly enough, the best technique I have found is to NOT to try to recruit. In fact, I hate the word "recruit" because of some personal past experiences that have lead me to feel that it's a selfish thing. In stead, I think of it as "sponsoring".
At the heart of any successful party plan business is bookings. There's an old saying that if everyone wanted to be a host, we wouldn't have any customers. If every host wanted to become a consultant, we wouldn't have any parties to do. Think about that. It's so true!
Just have fun, focus on bookings, and you will meet fabulous people who would like to join your team. When they see you having fun and building a business, they'll want to follow suit.
And, when they ask for information, be upfront and honest. People appreciate that. Also, ask them questions and engage them in conversation. Why are they interested? What are their needs? Make that personal connection with them and your team will grow and soar to new heights!

I run monthly promotions to peak people's interest.Once in a whilethe group I am with does too, which is awesome. For example, anyone who joins our group by November 30th with the Good Tastings kit will receive $50 in gift certificates from the Summit Group. I am piggybacking that promotion with my own gift of $20 in gift certificates to new associates. That means those who join with the $99 kit will receive $70 in gift certificates.
I am also involved in advertising co-ops and I have had a lot of interest from the different online communities I belong to.
I've thought about buying leads, but have heard that many of the leads you buy end up being old, and so I'm wary about putting my money into them.
