When I first signed up with Arbonne a few months ago, I received anywhere from 2 to 10 EOAs in each shipment, but I've not received any in my last few shipments!!! Are you receiving these! I love these stories and think they are a great marketing tool. My sponsor and I were just saying today that we would be willing to pay for these to use as business development tools, we love them so much!

I have been wondering the same thing, I am so glad you asked. Hopefully someone can shed some light on this. I really miss getting them too, they are what keep me giong through the tuff times. Also great marketing tool, like you said! I know we can download off the website, but these are more proffessional looking and better quality.

I was wondering the same thing. I love those stories and like having the glossy ones to put in sponsoring packets. I got about 8 of them in my last shipment, but it had been about 6 weeks since I'd received any before that.

I have not received any in my past two shipments either.

I agree, they are a great tool to show others that may be interested in joining.

I got a few last time also. I do not think it is a money issue as much as it is that department has been flooded by growth and not yet updated. When you become RVP you are given a few days to get it in, proof it, and get it in by a quick deadline. Then when they started redoing the other departments I think they stopped extras, stopped bubble wrap(because of cost) and had to get things moving again.

If you had to pay for them, I do not think it would work. The key of having them was to be able to drip on customers recieving orders direct. If they offered to let you buy past ones, I would.

I have gotten tons in both of my last shipments, some duplicates even. I put them in my folders I pass out at classes or one on ones. I also have a file folder full of them, if anyone is looking for someone specific, I may have it.

And about the bubble wrap, I thought they stopped it becasue so many of us were complaining about the extra unrecyclable packing materials that were unnecessary. I had bags and bags of that bubble wrap and no way to get rid of it. You can only re-use so much of it.

they did a survey on it a few months ago and I filled out to do away with the bubble wrap whenever possible.

Never heard of that. Someone told me they were cutting expenses. I used all of mine that I got and my calling and complaining of damaged goods was 1time in a few years and now it is almost every shipment since they stopped using it. Nothing makes it here it one piece anymore. I have heard tons of complaints from consultants having the same problems.
