Hi, I'm new to the board and really encouraged by what I'm reading. I
'm fairly new to BC and I'm looking for some visualizations for the relaxation time that are Christian specific. Does anyone have anything like that they woud be willing to share?

ESTHER’S TWELVE MONTHS OF BEAUTY TREATMENTS
I want you all to sit back and relax and take some deep breaths. Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth and let the air fill your lungs all the way down to your diaphragm. Release the air slowly through your mouth. Continue to breathe slowly and deeply. Feel the stress leave your head, neck and shoulders. Feel it travel down your arms and into your hands. Feel it exit through your fingertips. Feel the stress move down through your lower body; down your legs and into your feet. Feel the tension escape from your toes.
While you all are relaxing there is a passage of scripture that I would like to read to you from the book of Esther. The King of Persia, King Xerxes, was looking for a new queen. His attendants had decided that a search should be made for beautiful young virgins. All of these beautiful girls were brought into the harem at the citadel at Susa and were given beauty treatments. The bible tells us that Esther was taken to the king’s palace and entrusted to Hegai, who had charge of the harem. The girl pleased him and won his favor. Immediately he provided her with her beauty treatments and special food. He assigned to her seven maids selected from the king’s palace and moved her and her maids into the best place in the harem.
Before a girl’s turn came to go in to King Xerxes, she had to complete twelve months of beauty treatments prescribed for the women, six months with oil of myrrh and six with perfumes and cosmetics. And this is how she would go to the king: anything she wanted was given her to take with her from the harem to the king’s palace.
When the turn came for Esther to go to the king, she asked for nothing other than what Hegai, , suggested. And Esther won the favor of everyone who saw her. She was taken to King Xerxes and the king was attracted to Esther more than to any of the other women, and she won his favor and approval more than any of the other virgins. So he set a royal crown on her head and made her queen.
Ladies, I think most of us here have two kings, our earthly king or husband, and our Heavenly King. Do you prepare yourselves for them? After a long hard day chasing kids, cleaning house, preparing meals and wearing all those different hats that women wear, we are stressed out! Then our earthly king comes home. Have you prepared yourself for him? Have you taken a few minutes to relax, unwind, and let that stress go before he comes home?
Are you prepared for your Heavenly King Jesus? You know, I sell all kinds of products to help you de-stress and unwind after a long day, and I would love to sell all of them to you, and I would love for you all to schedule a spa to help relieve your stress, but do you know what the very best stress-reliever is? It’s time with Father God! Time in His Word and talking to Him.
I am going to give you a little more time to relax and I would like for you to imagine yourself in the lap of your Heavenly King, just spending time with him. Imagine that you are with Him and He is running His fingers thru your hair, and He’s telling you how much He loves you. I want you to just rest & relax with Him for the rest of our time together and if you don’t know your Heavenly King, I myself or one of the other wonderful women here today would love to visit with you at the end of the spa.
