hey all, just a quickie...is it illegal to grate down votives and re-sell the samples? Just curious; I ran across a mia bella site that had them for sale for .35 each...

I think I did read that you can't sell the samples because they are an altered product.
I've heard of people cutting the soap into small bars and selling those for like $1--but I thought that would be an altered form of product as well.
