Is anyone having trouble getting some of the Ginger Citrus products? Specifically, I have two set orders that I need to full (the full sized trio of scrub, wash and body butter) but........I don't see it on the website anymore.....and......I don't see the full sized wash on the website. Does anyone know what has happened? I haven't heard......thanks.

My NVP sent me something I wish I could find it.. saying some of the holiday stuff was going faster then they had thought.. I think they were running out of it.

Congratulations…you continue to astound us with the incredible growth you are creating!
Recognizing that we have promised you that there is plenty of Holiday 2005 inventory, it has become apparent that we may begin to run short on certain items. We have focused diligently and have been able to secure more components and production time during the weeks of the 21<SUP>st</SUP> and 28<SUP>th</SUP> of November and will have backup inventory available as outlined below.
Things you need to know:
<H1 style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Mandarin Cashmere</H1>
Inventory appears to be in good shape for availability through December 31, 2005.
<H1 style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Silver Bells Color Collection</H1>
<UL style="MARGIN-TOP: 0in" ="disc">
<LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in" ="Msonormal">Inventory appears to be in good shape with the exception of the Palette. This item will go into a stop sell status within the next two weeks.
<LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in" ="Msonormal">Enchanting Lipstick may run low, which will force a stop sell on it and on the Silver Bells Color Set. This may or may not happen, as projections are close.
<LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in" ="Msonormal">All other items are in great shape to make it through the Holiday.</LI>[/list]
<H1 style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Ginger Citrus </H1>
All products are in a low inventory status with the following plans to handle out-of-stock situations:

<LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in" ="Msonormal">How will we handle the current back orders pending because of this out-of-stock situation? We will be in contact with each person to cancel the purchase and offer a $25.00 Virtual Voucher good toward the purchase of other Holiday items, to help make up for the inconvenience. </LI>[/list]

<LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in" ="Msonormal">Additional Ginger Citrus items may fall into a short, stop sell status with expected arrival of additional goods between November 28<SUP>th</SUP> and December 5<SUP>th</SUP>. If we fall into the stop sell situation, it will be short-lived, with additional goods to arrive through the 1<SUP>st</SUP> week in December. Line numbers will be reactivated immediately upon receipt of goods. </LI>[/list]

<LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in" ="Msonormal">The caps and pumps on these backup Ginger Citrus purchase orders will be natural and white instead of custom colored green. Although this is a slight variation, we are sure you will agree it is more important to have the products available. </LI>[/list]

<H1 style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">SKY for Men Products</H1>
All of the SKY for Men products are running right on target with the exception of the SKY Body Wash. We are expecting additional goods around the 1st week in December. We will handle this the same way as Ginger Citrus by putting it, and the set affected, on a short, stop sell status until we receive more goods. This situation is close and may or may not happen. Also, be aware that although we are on target to make it to December 31st with enough inventory, we are very close on the numbers. We are unable to secure more tubes and therefore cannot get more inventory on the SKY Shave Gel and After Shave Balm if we do exceed expectations.
<H1 style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Pampermint Two-Step Duo</H1>
These products are tracking fine but very close to projected numbers. We cannot secure more components on these items but numbers should hold. Again, if we exceed expectations, we may see an out-of-stock situation mid-to-late December.
We hope this information is useful and answers any question that may arise over the next few weeks regarding the Holiday 2005 product line. Be assured that we are watching this situation closely and we are making every effort to address out-of-stock challenges where we can!

I'm showing the Pampermint on back order now also. You know we have incredible products when the Holiday line starts selling out before Thanksgiving!!

LOVE the Ginger Citrus. I got it last month - I use it in the shower and smell yummy all day!
Hope they bring it back next year!!

Lol They had the Ginger Citrus last year and it went well. When the holiday line came out I thought we wouldn't have Guava Berry (which was part of last years too) I was so glad we got a chance to have those too. I love both smells.
