Especially about sponsoring and business building.
Are you sponsoring and building a team? I'd like to talk with those who are seriously building a business. I am interested, want to make sure I have the right products, but also make sure I am joining under someone who will help me build a business, a team of great consultants.

I've been with BC for a little under a year and I spent almost my first six months just researching and gathering information because I didn't want to start without the knowledge. I'm serious about this business and I really want to grow a great team. Right now I only have one consultant on my team but I am definately looking to add more great women. Because I have such a small team right now I do have the time to help my team out as much as possible. My team help makes my business and I understand this and I will help out in any way I can.
If you have any questions for me please don't hesitate to ask. If you pm me I will send you my phone number. I have a spa here in about an hour and will be gone for a while but I will be home tonight after that. Also we have having our team conference call tonight at 9:00 CST and you can sure listen in on the call if you would like.

Thank you to EVERYONE who has answered and PM'ed me. I appreciate you guys taking the time to help me make this decision. I enjoy reading all the websites you send and the posts about why this opportunity has been a blessing to you. That seems to be the common theme in all of the messages I've gotten. I do want to join soon. I want to make sure I am joining the right team for ME and MY success. I don't want to be frustrated and discouraged.
