Hi everyone!!
Can someone tell me if it is true that you CANNOT use the "scent-sations" name in your business. I wanted to call my business "Sweet Scent-Sations". Or is that against the policies?

If in doubt, email corporate.
Are you thinking of sweet scent-sations as a domain name or as a business name registered with your state/county?

Hi, I was thinking of just the name for the business (I'm pretty sure I don't have to "register" the name with my state, but if I want to accept checks in that business name then it is just "doing business as:" They just use your SSN. I did email corporate but I haven't heard back yet. Keeping my fingers crossed! Thanks for the feedback!

Hi everyone,
Well, I just heard back from corporate and they said a person can use the name "scentsations" but not the word "scent-sations" (with a hypen, as this is trademarked. So good news!!!! Thanks again.
