This is probably a silly question but can someone please explain how they work for me... I'm slightly confused.

Hi Jools.....in simple terms.....if you get paid an override commission, you are actually getting paid on 65% of the retail price. You are only paying 65% to @rbonne, so therefor you only getcommission on that price. Does that make sense?

I also wanted to be clear about how much the QV is for overrides and what percentage is paid... i.e is it 4% of 65%?
